Interested in the future of the public sector? Experienced in leading complex projects to great success?

Well, then you might be our person! We are looking for an experienced project manager and public sector enthusiast as an addition to our small team. Help us grow and develop the Creative Bureaucracy Festival to its full potential into a platform of inspiration, connection, and empowerment of public servants and innovators from around the world.

Who are we?

The programmes of the Falling Walls Foundation build bridges between science, society and public administration. They convey enthusiasm for the work of key drivers of technological and societal progress: scientists in all disciplines – from the natural sciences to technology to the social sciences and humanities – and, often less noticed, public servants. Particular focus is put on the importance of international collaboration and interdisciplinary exchange.

The Creative Bureaucracy Festival addresses the shapers and innovators of the public sector as a key enabler of innovation and social as well as scientific breakthroughs. Since 2018, the festival has therefore brought together public sector innovators from Germany and around the world every year. Several thousand public servants and their innovation-minded allies from other sectors meet at the festival for several days, in Berlin and/or online, to network, inspire each other and celebrate innovation successes in the public sector.

To realise our mission and further tap the festival’s potential we are looking for a public sector enthusiast to come join the team as Project Manager. Are you excited about the festival’s mission, ready to take responsibility, and eager to help bring the festival to the next level?

Then check out the job description and apply on the Falling Walls Careers page (in German only).
