Creative Bureaucracy Festival 2025
The Creative Bureaucracy Festival is committed to being a welcoming and inclusive space for all – regardless of visible or non-visible disabilities, age, race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation. We ask everyone to help create a respectful, safe and open atmosphere throughout the festival.
Need assistance? Please reach out in advance!
If you require any support during your visit – such as step-free access, assistance navigating the venue, or priority check-in – please contact us ahead of time at:

We’ll do our best to make your festival experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Accessibility on Site
We are taking multiple steps to reduce barriers at the event:
- Priority registration without waiting is available for those who need it. Just speak to our CREW team on site (wearing white shirts with “CREW” printed on them).
- All main stages and workshop areas (except cruise boats) are step-free.
- The Impact, Transformation, Connection and Imagination Stages, Academy, Meetups, Networking Area and Games & Creativity Zone are accessible via a ~50 m compact gravel path.
- Accessible toilets are located in the Impact Stage hall and behind the bar in the Festsaal Kreuzberg (signposted on the venue map).
- Emergency medical services will be available all day, located behind the beer garden (marked on the venue map).
- Quiet Area with noise-cancelling headphones is available inside the Festsaal Kreuzberg (note: currently accessible only via stairs). The lawn in front of the Connection Stage is a great spot to take a break.
- The Impact Stage programme will be live streamed and subtitled. Recordings will later be published on our YouTube channel.
Hidden Disabilities Sunflower 🌻
We recognise that not all disabilities are visible – and that living with a non-visible disability can bring many challenges. The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is a discreet way to indicate that you may need more time, understanding or support – without having to explain yourself.
- Wristbands or pins featuring the sunflower are available at the registration and info desks.
- All our CREW members have been trained to offer respectful support to those with visible and non-visible disabilities.
- The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower organisation will be present with an information booth and will also join a panel session during the festival.
