Creative Bureaucracy Festival: Global Forum, Hubs & Townhalls

The Creative Bureaucracy Festival is more than a one-day event. It is a movement in the making. This session introduces both the festival’s curated pre-day programme, including the invite-only Global Forum of Public Service Leaders focused on leadership, delivery and implementation, and the expanding network of Creative Bureaucracy hubs and townhalls that bring the spirit of creative bureaucracy into cities and communities across the globe. It also looks ahead to the festival’s 10th anniversary in 2027 and its ambition to become an all year long hub for articles, ideas, exchange and public sector innovation content.
