Are You Building Bridges?

Collaboration is often seen as more work and a complication. This often leads to a lack of empathy and no regard for other perspectives when designing a new process or solving a problem. Lack of perspective can lead to a limitation in tools and also a limitation in finding solutions. This workshop will use a simple interactive 5 minute activity (related to building bridges) designed to simply show the result of a lack of perspective and what is needed to change this.
