Accelerate Public Service Delivery with Service Patterns – A Hands-On Workshop

Learn about service patterns and how to get buy-in for using service patterns. In this workshop, participants will learn about finding, documenting and using service patterns in our organisations and hands-on techniques for rapid prototyping services. Participants will also analyse services to spot recurring patterns. Then, structured template will be collaboratively developed, discussing real-world testing methods. Finally, participants will prototype a different service journey using patterns, leveraging a provided prototyping tool.
