Betty Mwema

Betty Mwema is an experienced service designer currently at the UK’s Government Digital Service. She advocates for a human-centred design approach to create value for public sector digital products and services. She co-leads the GovStack User Experience (UX/UI) working group, leading a team to establish the GovStack UX/UI Guidelines Specifications, comprising of service design good practice guidelines and service patterns. She holds a Master in Design from The University of Edinburgh.
