Dafi Adinegoro Putra

Dafi Adinegoro is Head of the CPO Office at INA Digital Edu, the technology team of Indonesia's Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education. He leads the standardization of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) across the organization and safeguards product and talent quality within the product team.
Dafi is part of the team behind Rumah Pendidikan, Indonesia's national education super-app that integrates eight "Ruang" modules serving teachers, students, schools, parents, and partners. Since its January 2025 launch, the platform has surpassed 30 million visits and 3.2 million active teachers, earning recognition at the International Customer Experience Awards 2025 and as a Top 10 Global EdTech Prize recipient at the World Schools Summit 2025.
At the Creative Bureaucracy Festival, Dafi shares how inclusive product practices can scale digital public services across one of the world's largest education systems.
