This interactive digital workshop invites participants to explore democracy beyond institutions and elections. Through reflection, discussion, and practical examples, we examine how power, participation, and voice show up in everyday life, work, and communities. The workshop creates space to question who gets heard, whose experiences shape decisions, and how socio-cultural work can actively strengthen democratic values. Participants are encouraged to connect personal experiences with broader societal structures and imagine more inclusive, responsive ways of working and engaging with others."
