Niels Jakobsen

Niels is a Creative Partner at CO-PI with a comprehensive public sector background. A first and unwithered love for the civil services, has been the point of no return, for an engaged, innovative and sometimes forlorn search, for excellence and humanity in our hallowed organisations for the greater good. At CO-PI Niels is mainly occupied with the political dimension of innovation: What does it take for our elected leaders to dare to venture into the unknown? To let their authority unfold in new, embolding and liberating ways? And how can we as civil servants assist them in the best possible way? Niels is seldom seen without markers and paper, as he has convinced himself of being unable to think without drawing at the same time. Although he might seem a bit of a pretentious old hat, put into words - please allow him the benefit of doubt. His quirkyness is quite endearing.
