María Alejandra is a communicator specialized in strategic innovation, digital transformation, and digital product development, with more than 10 years of experience in the business and government sectors. She is founding partner of ®GovLink, a Peruvian govtech startup awarded by the Ayni Local Innovators Program, the Peruvian Ministry of Production, Koica Startup League, and Tech4Democracy. She was a mentor for the Global Mayors Challenge 2021 of Bloomberg Philanthropies and Leader of the Innovation Unit of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Peru. She holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Communications from Universidad Católica Santa María. She is a fellow of the Georgetown University “Innovation and Leadership in Government” program, a Lecturer in Innovation, and an Advisory Board member of the Master's Degree in Administration of the Applied Sciences University and of the Master's Degree in Public Management of the Universidad Autónoma in Peru.
