Do you want to know the recipe for making innovation labs, units and offices last over time? Are you worried that innovation initiatives are not sustainable in your city or country?
The Mayor’s Office of Bogotá (Colombia) has been developing a public innovation governance model aimed at generating culture, identifying innovation services and turning them into innovation enablers, working together among public entities, and enhancing the use of innovation to achieve goals that improve the life quality of citizens.
We believe in public innovation labs, but our goal is to create a sustainable innovation ecosystems. In this space you will meet the actors in charge of leading this change first hand. We will discuss the process, the lessons learned, and the future of this public innovation governance model.
