Ivan Durán

High ICT Counselor of Bogota. Economist from the National University of Colombia, with a Master’s Degree in Economics from the same university and a PhD in Applied Economics from Barcelona Autonoma University. He has been Vice Minister of Digital Transformation at the ICT Ministry and Director of Digital Development at the National Planning Department (DNP). He has also been associated with research centers such as Fedesarrollo, CERAC, Menéndez Pelayo International University in Barcelona and Berlin Graduate School of Social Sciences. He currently teaches the seminar Digital Society and Economic Development at the Externado University in Colombia, and has taught at the Nacional and Andes University in Colmobia.
