A Culture for Change: Unlocking Collective Knowledge
In collaboration with Goethe-Institut.
Cultural organizations often must juggle conflicting approaches. Externally, in their programming and partnerships, they champion dialogue and active participation on equal terms. Internally, however, they face centralized decision-making processes and hierarchical structures. This opposition hampers their ability to swiftly adapt, cater to stakeholders, and attract the next generation of talent. An interactive workshop addresses these issues directly, sharing experiences from the Goethe-Institut's global network, where diverse sprint-teams of employees have been empowered to uncover innovative solutions to pressing organizational challenges.
The session conveys hands-on experience in driving meaningful change through participation. Participants are invited to explore strategies, share lessons learned, and engage in an open dialogue on how to establish lasting cultural change within organizational structures.
This workshop takes place at Forum Navigating Change.
