Young Bureaucrats Event

On Wednesday, 12 June, the day before the Creative Bureaucracy Festival 2024, 40 young talents will have the opportunity to network at the Young Bureaucrats Event in Berlin. With inputs and workshops from the creative public administration, we will offer new perspectives on the public sector of tomorrow.

The Creative Bureaucracy Festival represents a shift from a "No, because" culture to a "Yes, if" culture that embraces new ideas. The festival aims to enhance the reputation of public administration and, in particular, to engage innovative young talent. In 2024, together with PD – Advisors to the Public Sector, we are inviting the next generation of public administration innovators to an exclusive event in Berlin.

Who are we looking for?

• Students or doctoral candidates in fields such as administrative sciences, public management, political science, governance and public policy, state sciences, public administration, or similar, as well as computer science, environmental sciences, engineering, and related fields
• Early-career professionals in the public sector or those interested in pursuing a career in it
• Maximum age: 30 years
   

What do we offer?

• Inputs and workshops in the field of public sector innovation
• Networking with participants and experts from the sector
• A social get-together with buffet and drinks to kick off the festival
• Reimbursement of travel costs up to €100 per person
