Would you like to help shape the future of working environments in the public sector?
Take part in the survey and share valuable insights into your needs!
How are new working environments developing in public administration? What challenges come with them? What future perspectives can be identified? In an independent study, our main festival partner, PD – Berater der öffentlichen Hand, is exploring these questions to provide forecasts and recommendations for public administration.
Your experience matters! Support this study with your valuable insights into new working environments. Your participation will significantly enhance the relevance of the results.
About the Study:
The survey was launched as part of the Digital Kick-Off Day. It is aimed at anyone who would like to share their experiences of new and existing working environments – and the changes they wish to see.
PD aims to have the results ready in time for the festival on 5 June and to share them with you. Feel free to visit the PD stand and speak with the consultants! Alternatively, if you are interested in receiving the study after its publication, you are welcome to contact Alessa Schmitz.
What exactly are new working environments, and why do they affect you?
The increasing digitalisation and the shift towards home office working, accelerated by the pandemic, have fundamentally changed the world of work. This affects both the type of tasks carried out in offices and the frequency with which office spaces are used compared to other workplaces (such as home offices or mobile working).
Traditional office workspaces are not always ideally suited to every task. In the worst case, this can lead to either empty office spaces or perceived shortages of workstations.
The aim of an optimised office concept is to create tailored workspaces for all types of tasks. By reducing office space while maintaining efficiency, this approach seeks to enhance both productivity and employee motivation.
The goal is to provide every employee with a personalised working environment that supports their specific tasks while also fostering teamwork and organisational culture.
