2. Online Programme Calander for Workshops

The online programme calendar will be published in mid-February 2026.
How your Project Showcase will be shared
As part of the Digital Kick-Off 2026 (3–5 March), all Project Showcases will be shared exclusively online via the Creative Bureaucracy Festival’s Instagram and LinkedIn channels.
3 March: Project Showcases submitted in German will be published throughout the day
4 March: International Project Showcases (submitted in English) will be published throughout the day
5 March: The two winning Project Showcases - one German-language and one international - will be announced via our social media channels and newsletter.
All Project Showcases are published as pre-recorded vertical videos. Community voting takes place the week prior to and during the Digital Kick-Off and contributes to the final selection of the winning projects.
3. Materials to Promote your Session
We will provide customised promotional graphics for all Project Showcases and workshops. These materials will be available via this page once the full programme goes live in mid-February 2026.
FAQ
We’d love for you to join us online if you can, but it is not required. All Project Showcases are shared as pre-recorded videos.
What matters most is that you share your Project Showcase with your networks, encourage people to watch it, and participate in the community voting. We also recommend joining the Digital Kick-Off if possible, as there will be opportunities to engage via our social channels and take part in digital workshops across the three days.

We can provide travel support for one speaker per winning project. If you already know that you would not be able to attend in person, please let us know before the Digital Kick-Off.
Winning projects will receive a dedicated presentation slot as part of the festival programme. Depending on the project and stage, this may take different formats.
Our programme team will coordinate closely with you to find the best setup, support your preparation, and assist with travel logistics and speaker coaching—ensuring you get the most out of your festival experience.
