We are excited to welcome you as a speaker to the Creative Bureaucracy Festival 2026. Below you will find important deadlines and all the information needed for a successful session. - 01 May 26 - Speaker Coaching Scheduled (Keynote Speakers & Chat Format Speakers)
- 14 May 26 - Presentation Uploaded
- 07 June 26 - Final On-Site Information Reviewed
Next Steps
Please complete the Speaker Information Questionnaire by 10 April 2026. The information you provide will be used to prepare your speaker profile, coordinate your participation, and support communication before and during the festival.

You will be asked to provide the following:
Personal details
- First and last name
- Email address
- A phone number where we can reach you during the festival
Background information
- Gender (optional, for internal diversity tracking)
- Country you work in
- Any additional country you associate with
Professional details
- Your organisation
- Your current position
- A high quality portrait headshot
Public profile links (optional)

All speakers are required to register for the festival via our registration system.

We offer speaker coaching sessions for keynote speakers and chat-format speakers.

These sessions are designed to:
- Sharpen your key message
- Align your contribution with the overall programme narrative
- Support timing and stage presence
Spots are limited and will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. We strongly encourage participation.

Guidelines:
- Format: PowerPoint (16:9)
- Keep file size manageable (<50 MB if possible)
- Embed all fonts and videos
- Clearly label your file: Name_SessionTitle.pptx
Uploading your presentation in advance ensures a smooth technical setup on-site.
To support the visibility and impact of your session, the festival team will prepare a set of session assets for you in early May.
These materials are designed to help communicate your work to a wider audience and to strengthen the overall programme narrative.
We may reach out if we need any additional input or clarification. Otherwise, no action is required from your side.
You are, of course, very welcome to share the materials through your own channels once they are published.
