We’d love for you to join us online if you can! However, since your video is pre-recorded, it is not a requirement. The most important thing is to share it with your networks, encourage them to watch, and vote for your session in the community voting. We recommend your participation since you will have opportunities to engage with others via our social channels and participate in various digital workshops throughout the day—more details on those will be shared soon.
Yes! If you are one of the six top-scored entries (three per language) from the combined community and jury voting, we want to see you in person in Berlin on 5 June 2025. We can provide travel support for one speaker per winning entry.
If you already know you won’t be able to attend, please inform us in advance of the Digital Kick-Off Day.
Winning entries will receive a 10-minute presentation slot on one of our three main stages. We have many different formats that could be fitting for presenting your project – our programme team coordinates with you to find the best fit. Addtionally, our team will coordinate with you on travel assistance, provide speaker coaching, and ensure you get the most out of your festival experience.
