Information for Speakers
Thank you for being part of this year’s Creative Bureaucracy Festival as a speaker!
Use the resources here to prepare for the festival and spread the word about your involvement.
1. Session Information
Find your session via our programme calendar searching for its title or using the other filters. A PDF programme overview is available here and a festival site map here. You can also find both in the downloads section below, and you’ll receive a full print version on site.
Prepare for your session with the format/stage overview and respective technical briefing guides below. Contact your session organiser or moderator if you have any questions.
2. Festival Tickets for Speakers
Ensure you register for a (free) festival ticket here. If you are a partner and you would like to invite your network with a discounted ticket code, please reach out to programme@creativebureaucracy.org.
3. Materials to Promote your Session
We have created promotional graphics for all sessions, which you will find in this Dropbox folder (search by stage, then session title). Find our general festival media kit via our downloads page.
4. Speaker Reception
All speakers and partners are invited to join us the evening before the festival, on 12 June, to start the festivities with drinks and a flying buffet. This will run from 20:00-22:00 at Table Media, Wöhlertstraße 12-13, 10115 Berlin. If you’d like to attend RSVP here via Eventbrite by latest 7 June 2024.
5. Final On-Site Planning
All speakers have now received a “Final Preparations Checklist” mail with detailed guidance for the day. If you still have any questions after reading this, get in touch with your session organiser or our festival team via programme@creativebureaucracy.org
The festival venue is Festsaal Kreuzberg, Am Flutgraben 2, 12435 Berlin. The nearest S-Bahn stops are Schlesisches Tor and Treptower Park (both a 10 minute walk away).
