Yoo Jaesin is an accomplished professional in the field of information and digital policy, currently serving as the Executive Principal Researcher at the National Information Society Agency (NIA) in South Korea. Yoo Jaesin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Diplomacy (2003–2009) and a Master’s degree in Political Science (2009–2012), both from Kyung Hee University. His academic foundation has equipped him with the strategic and analytical skills essential for navigating the complexities of digital policy and governance.

Beginning his career at the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) in 2011, Yoo contributed significantly to cybersecurity and internet policy during his tenure until August 2012. He then joined NIA in September 2012, where he has been a vital force in shaping South Korea’s digital transformation and national information strategy.
