Vera Djakonoff

Vera Djakonoff is an expert at Demos Helsinki, where her work is dedicated to transformative governance: promoting governments’ ability to both foster resilience and drive transformation. Djakonoff’s work centres around anticipatory governance and innovation policy, in which she focuses on developing wiser operating models, facilitating participatory policymaking and supporting the people in governments through 21st-century capacity-building. Most recently, she has led multi-stakeholder projects in social innovation, digitalisation and other future-oriented policy realms.
