Stéphane Vincent

Stéphane Vincent is the co-founder and CEO of "la 27e Région", a French think and do-tank dedicated to the public sector innovation created in 2008. With a background in management and innovation, Stéphane has worked in and with the public sector since 27 years, both as a civil servant and also in consultancy. He’s a regular speaker in national and international events, and writes or takes part to several books (« Design for Policy », « Design des politiques publiques », « Chantiers ouverts au public », « Villages du futur ») , magazines (« Horizons Publics ») and reports. Professional press award (2022), French National Order of Merit (2021), Design Management Europe Award (2014), Public Acteurs Victory (2014).
