Sébastien is deputy head of unit for Governance and Public administration at DG REFORM. He is responsible for the implementation of reform projects in the area of efficiency of the State; HR reforms, anti-corruption and anti-fraud, emergency services and justice. He has over 20 years of experience leading reform and infrastructures projects in EU Member States and also in the USA and international organisations (World Bank, European Commission). As a member of the Task Force for Greece, Sébastien worked as advisor to 3 successive Ministers of Reform in Athens from 2012 to 2015. He was also responsible for the setup of the Syrian refugees “Resettlement office” in Ankara in the context of the EU-Turkey deal on migration in 2016.
