Coordinator in Open Government in the Secretariat of Public Management of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers of Peru. Degree in Political Science and Government from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and with a master's degree in Public Policy from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, Spain. He has more than 5 years leading projects in the modernization of public management such as the quality of attention to citizens, the organization of government entities, public innovation and open government.
