Oliver Rack

Oliver Rack is a contributor to the Creative Bureaucracy Festival from the very first beginning. He is one of the central nodes of the Open Government Movement in Germany and on the board of Politics for Tomorrow. He is also part of the Strategy Council of the Open Government Network Germany, the network of civil society organisations that supports the German government in participating in the Open Government Partnership and its Accountability Mechanism. He is also part of the Expert Initiative for a Data Institute in Germany and an appointed expert of the Enquete Commission "Crisis-proof Society" of the Parliament of Baden-Württemberg.
