Oded Gilutz

Oded Gilutz is the Director of the Joint Task Forces department at the JDC Elka. Previously, Mr. Gilutz worked as the Israel Director, at itrek, a nonprofit based in New York, and prior to that at Israel's Prime Minster's office, Coordinating cross-government projects and designing the annual work plan of several ministries. Mr. Gilutz is the co-founder of "Melach Haaretz", an educational NGO based in the Dead Sea basin, operating a pre-military academy (Mechina). Mr. Gilutz holds a BA in Philosophy, Political Science and Economics from the Hebrew University, and a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
