Nina Maturu is an innovation executive and futurist with over 20 years of experience transforming organizations across public and private sectors.

As a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow, Nina served as Senior Advisor at ARPA-H during its founding year, developing innovation frameworks for this $4 billion agency focused on breakthrough health solutions. At NASA, she expanded their strategic foresight practice using AI to map human trends shaping exploration through 2050.

As Founder of Constellation Design Strategy, Nina partnered with global organizations like the UN to implement human-centered approaches to climate change and women's health. Her corporate achievements include launching American Express's mobile wallet ecosystem, transforming how millions make digital payments, reimagining collaboration at 3M, launching Amazon's wine category, designing the transatlantic flight experience for JetBlue, and creating Bayer's 10-year consumer health pipeline.

Nina's approach bridges policy, technology, and human needs—informed by her early career as a community organizer across Japan, India, Tanzania, and NYC, where she learned to prioritize community perspectives in solution development.

A dedicated educator, Nina shapes future innovators as an Adjunct Professor at Parsons School of Design, NYU, and the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design.

Nina holds an MBA and Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan and a BA in History from NYU.
