Nina Langerholc

Nina Langerholc is the City Transformation Lead and newly appointed Member of the Board at Demos Helsinki. She brings 15 years of experience across the public, private (from start-ups to corporates), and non-governmental sectors, specializing in innovation, change management, and organizational design.

Nina has collaborated with numerous teams to conceptualize and implement impactful, lasting change at the team, organizational, policy, and ecosystem levels.

Previously, she held several leadership roles, including Chief of Staff and Chief Innovation Officer  in the Government of the Republic of Slovenia.

For the last 7 years and beyond her professional work, she is coaching young leaders. She also serves as a Member of the Board of the YOUNG Platform within the American Chamber of Commerce in Slovenia, as well as a Member of the Board of Young Managers.
