Natalie leads CPI’s Europe team, who design and deliver initiatives aimed at creating space for communities and organisations to influence and resource impactful solutions that respond to some of Europe's most pressing challenges. With a diverse background in community development and activism, Natalie's experience spans various sectors including voluntary, social enterprise, statutory, consulting, and academia. She has been at the forefront of addressing the deep-seated roots of inequality, leading cross-sector partnerships to adopt a systemic approach in shaping policy and practice from local to national levels.

In addition to her leadership role at CPI, Natalie also lectures in Public Health at Middlesex University, on health inequalities, Quality Improvement, and design principles. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between theory and practice, and is deeply committed to creating brave and visionary spaces that move society towards building ""life-affirming infrastructure.""
