Dr. Marco Buschmann wurde 1977 in Gelsenkirchen geboren und ist seit 2021 Bundesminister der Justiz. Zuvor war er als FDP-Bundesgeschäftsführer und Erster Parlamentarischer Geschäftsführer der FDP-Bundestagsfraktion einer der Architekten der erfolgreichen Neuausrichtung der Liberalen. Als Bundesminister der Justiz steht Marco Buschmann für starke Bürgerrechte, weniger Bürokratie und mehr Digitalisierung.
