Lisa Witter

Lisa Witter is a serial political entrepreneur, behavioral science expert, and certified brain-based coach. She is CEO and co-founder of the Better Politics Foundation, a global non-partisan initiative renewing leadership, reimagining politics, and rebuilding trust. The organization has helped launch 18 Political Leadership Incubators serving nearly 40 countries and founded the Political Leadership Entrepreneur Network (PLEN), connecting 155 organizations across 54 countries. Its Better Politics Fund is the first global fund supporting non-partisan political leadership innovation.
 

Lisa also co-founded Apolitical, the world’s largest peer-to-peer learning network for public servants, with 500,000+ members in 170 countries. A World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, she writes the Substack Better (Political) Leadership. Outside work, she loves disco dancing, sports, nature, owls, and beavers
