Laura Kromminga

Laura Kromminga is an experienced consultant, coach, and lecturer in the fields of government innovation and social entrepreneurship. She has been involved in the field for over a decade, firstly focused on impact investing, scaling and building ecosystems, and now works transforming public administration by introducing impact-oriented management. One of her key interests is helping public administration recognize and utilize social innovation both inside and outside public service. To connect and enhance the knowledge of public servants, Laura co-founded a community of practice for public administration employees and works as a guest lecturer at various universities, next to her main work as a government consultant.
With a bachelor’s degree in international Tourism Management, a master's degree in International Business Management, and lots of experience in India, Chile, Spain, and England, Laura has always enjoyed building bridges between seemingly distant worlds.
Laura lives in Berlin and works as a Manager at the in-house consultancy to the German Government.
