Julia Wahl

Dr. Julia Wahl is a head of department in the Bavarian State Ministry for Digital and is responsible for legal issues and questions of public procurement law as well as for the organization. In addition, she is the official data protection officer of the ministry. Before that, she worked for the Bavarian State Chancellery in the field of broadcasting law and policy, at the Bavarian Justice Authorities as a judge and public prosecutor and at an international law firm as a lawyer. Dr. Julia Wahl comes from the Munich area and studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, where she also did her doctorate. Her interests are in new working methods, change management and innovative solutions in digitization.
