Julia Fitzner

Dr. Julia Fitzner is a Senior Managing Expert at PD - Berater der öffentlichen Hand GmbH, where she advises on the strategic  transformation of public sector organizations.  She focuses on strategy, organisational development and innovative methods for developing concepts for impact-oriented, digital-ready and user-centred regulation, thereby integrating (legal) design thinking approaches into her work. Prior to her current role, she worked for the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA), where she last headed the division in charge for organisational development and process management. Prior to her joining the DPMA, Julia worked for international law firms in New York, Frankfurt and Munich. She received her legal education in Munich and Berlin, was granted a Master of Laws from the University of California at Berkeley, and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
