Jess came to CPI ANZ from think and do tank Next25, where for five years she led research and programs to improve decision-making systems in Australia. She is passionate about social policy, and ways in which we can improve public administration and governance for the public good.
Jess has a Masters in Public Policy and Governance (with Excellence) from the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
