Javiera is an Innovation Strategist and Service Designer, currently serving as Senior Programme Manager at the Centre for Public Impact (CPI). With over a decade dedicated to driving global change through co-design initiatives, she specialises in systems change, service design, and innovation for public sector transformation. Javiera's expertise spans collaborations with national and local governments across Latin America, including the Chilean and Paraguayan governments, as well as global organisations such as Bloomberg Philanthropies, UNDP, UNWTO, and Google.org.
At CPI, Javiera is part of the Global Development Initiative team, leading programmes with partners in the development sector, focusing on implementing systems change strategies through a power-sharing lens. This includes the UNDP Systems Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation initiative work at CPI, advancing innovative practices for systems MLE.
Additionally, Javiera serves as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of the Arts London and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. At UAL, she played a crucial role in establishing a network of young changemakers equipped with service design tools through the two-year program 'Co-design Your Place,' funded by Erasmus+ EU.
