Jason Pearman

Jason Pearman is a public sector innovator and advisor working with governments and funders to improve responses to complex social challenges. Most recently, he led Research & Development and Impact Measurement for one of Canada’s largest youth employment programs, overseeing innovation investments and performance frameworks across multiple federal initiatives.

His experience spans landmine removal, municipal sustainability, public policy and innovation in philanthropy. Jason is a co-founder of Impact Hub Ottawa, a former Senior Fellow at the McConnell Foundation, a States of Change Fellow, and co-host of the Public Works Podcast.
