Jac Splinter Designer 2D3D4D (1960) He is surprised by everything that doesn't go right. With his sense of humour, he comes up with cheerful solutions to any situation. He studied Industrial Design in Eindhoven and Dutch Language & Literature at the University of Nijmegen. He can't stand it when someone abuses his or her position or chanches the rules during the game. Splinter regularly takes the side of the weaker members of society. Together with 23 collegues, writers, cartoonists, game designers and photographers, he compiled the bureaucracy entertainment book. Universal and recognisable for everyone. True stories that are both embarrassing and laughable are interspersed with puzzles, cartoons and games. Tips how to avoid or fight bureaucracy are added too. For CBF2021, he proposed to give attention to 'the other side of the desk' as well and edited the book into a digital English version:'Yes but i'm just doing my job'.
