Ivy Yang

Ivy Yang is a researcher and freelance consultant on EU AI and digital policies. At Open & Agile Smart Cities & Communities (OASC), she supports EU projects exploring digital solutions to develop positive energy districts and achieve net zero goals. Previously, Ivy supported a data policy start-up in Brussels and worked for think tanks in Washington DC. More recently, she co-led a generative AI research project at the University of Warwick, after completing her PhD examining the EU's AI positioning in global geopolitical tensions.
