With over 12 years of experience, I specialise in designing and facilitating participatory processes that empower communities to develop creative solutions to complex challenges, fostering cooperation skills and antifragility.

As a City Innovation Coach for the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative, I collaborated with the City of Verona and its Mayor to implement innovative approaches to civic participation and urban challenges. Additionally, as a Strategic Designer for Trento European Volunteering Capital 2024, I developed strategies to position Trento as a "laboratory of practices" for advancing volunteering at multiple levels.

My journey has included co-founding School Raising, a crowdfunding platform for school projects, and Mitosis, a collaborative coworking space in Berlin.
