Greta Strutz

Greta Strutz is a Senior UX Designer at Nortal, specializing in user-centered design systems for the public sector. In her current role, she supports the Federal Information Technology Centre (ITZBund) in making eGovernment services more accessible, consistent, and user-friendly. Her work focuses not only on citizens but also on the needs of internal users such as public servants and administrative staff. With a strong background in public sector digitalization, Greta brings deep expertise in usability, accessibility, and design operations to large-scale administrative platforms. She is driven by the vision of a citizen-centric digital state and advocates for modern, efficient public services inspired by best practices from countries like Estonia.
