Geeti Patwal is a technical professional with extensive experience in the fields of international development. She has a strong background in program management, strategic planning, and capacity building, having worked with various international organizations and government agencies to design and implement programs aimed at driving socio-economic change.

Currently, Geeti serves as an Advisor for Data2Policy at GIZ, focusing on how data, digitalization, and artificial intelligence can support policymaking in gender, health, and employment. Her work involves bridging the gap between technological innovation and impactful public policies to address pressing global challenges.

Previously, Geeti worked as a Consultant with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN ESCAP), where she specialized in women's entrepreneurship and building enabling policy systems to promote women's economic empowerment across the Asia-Pacific region.

Geeti holds master’s degrees in Public Policy from Columbia University and the Hertie School, equipping her with a global perspective and expertise in designing evidence-based policies that drive transformation.
