Eloy Oliveira

Eloy is a civic entrepreneur, currently a Board-member at República.org (which he directed from 2016 to 2021), a foundation focused on improving Brazil’s public sector workforce by awarding high performers, encouraging skilled professionals to enter public service and providing resources to encourage best practices. Eloy is a PhD Student and Researcher at the LBJ School of Public Affairs, at the University of Texas - Austin. He is also a Fellow at The Robert Strauss Center for International Security and Law and Fellow at The Clements Center for National Security.
