David Winter

David Winter, Senior Associate of Reos Partners, is a designer and facilitator of participatory multi-stakeholder group processes and an organizational development practitioner. He helps diverse groups address their most pressing complex issues through a mix of methodologies – from dialogue to awareness-based approaches to agile innovation techniques. He enjoys creating processes with stakeholders to address their specific needs. David has extensive experience with (co-)leading the design and facilitation of multiple regional and global social lab processes. David holds an M.A. in International Relations, Development Policy. He has worked for more than 10 years on international development cooperation. Since 2012 he consistently focused his work on issues of change, leadership and innovation – both in organizational as well as multi-stakeholder contexts. Having lived and worked in Botswana before and worked in many countries across Africa, Latin America, Asia and Europe, he now lives in Frankfurt, Germany, with his wife and two daughters.
