Brenton co-founded and leads States of Change, an NGO dedicated to helping governments around the world to build the next generation of public innovation. Brenton was Executive Director of Global Innovation Partnerships at the UK's innovation foundation, Nesta, from 2013-2020. He was the founding CEO of The Australian Centre for Social Innovation, and has held several executive positions with the South Australian Government, having begun his career in the Australian Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
