Benoît Vallauri

Benoît Vallauri is Director of Director of Partnerships, Local Development and Innovation at the National Centre for Territorial Civil Service  in France. He works at the intersection of local development, institutional transformation and collective learning.

He has been involved in pioneering initiatives such public policy laboratory, Museomix and Biblioremix, exploring new ways to design public services. His work places a strong emphasis on learning dynamics, capacity-building and the development of reflective, practice-based training environments for public servants.

Engaged in the evolving landscape of public innovation, he has been involved in organizing the Public Innovation Summit (Assises de l’innovation publique), fostering dialogue between practitioners, researchers and institutions, and promoting a more learning-oriented public sector. He regularly speaks about navigating complexity, fostering experimentation, and reconnecting public action with real needs and uses.
