Beate Palandt ist Diplom-Volkswirtin und leitet seit 2017 die Projektgruppe E-Akte im Bundesverwaltungsamt. Zuvor war sie Referatsleiterin in verschiedenen Zuwendungsmanagementreferaten. Sie hat einen Master of Public Administration, ist Organisationsprogrammiererin, Systemverwalterin BS 2000 und zertifizierte Projektmanagerin.
