Prof. Dr. med. Andreas Meyer-Falcke ist seit 1985 mit den Aufgaben der verschiedensten Landesministerien NRWs und der Kommunalverwaltung vertraut. Zuletzt war er Verwaltungsvorstand in Düsseldorf (u.a. für die Ressorts HR und IT-/Bürgerservices) sowie Verbandsvorsteher des kommunalen IT-Dienstleisters ITK Rheinland. Seit 1.9.2020 ist er der CIO des Landes NRW.
