Alexander Vogt

Alexander is a policy officer at the Council of Europe, where he is part of the secretariat of the newly created intergovernmental committee on democracy (CDDEM). He holds degrees in philosophy, political science and international relations from the University of Vienna, Austria, and KU Leuven, Belgium.
