I am enthusiastic about better understanding and improving the interaction between technology, society, and the state. Currently living in Berlin and co-hosting Futuro Público, a Spanish speaking podcast on public sector innovation. Eager to connect with people and organizations passionate about fostering new forms of participation and collaboration between citizens and government, as well as making the public sector more responsive, agile, open, and citizen-friendly. I hold a master's degree in Public Sector Innovation and E-Governance and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with many years of experience doing social research and public sector consulting.
