Your Festival Checklist - All you need to know
🚶‍♀️ How do I get there?
The Festival takes place at Festsaal Kreuzberg, Am Flutgraben 2, 12435 Berlin. The venue is easy to reach by U-Bahn (Schlesisches Tor) and S-Bahn (Treptower Park), with bus lines connecting both. Please note that there is no onsite parking – we recommend using public transport or coming by bike for a smoother arrival.
🪪 How do I check in?
Check-in opens at 8:00 CEST at the main entrance. Please have your ticket with QR code ready – either on your phone or printed. You'll receive your festival badge and wristband, which grant access to all public areas, stages, and workshops. We recommend arriving early to settle in and find your seat before the Opening starts.
⏰ When does the festival start and end?
Doors open at 8:00, and the festival kicks off at 9:00 with our Opening Session. From there, it’s a full day of panels, workshops, keynotes, and conversations across all stages and formats. We close the day with our Closing and Farewell moments at 18:00, followed by the Creative Bureaucrats Night from 19:00 until late.
🌍 How can I join online to watch?
Can’t make it to Berlin? No problem – you can tune in from wherever you are! We’re livestreaming the full Impact Stage programme for free. Sign up via our website and receive a link to access the stream directly in your inbox. Get ready for inspiring keynotes, bold debates, and global insights on the future of governance.
🎤 What’s on and who’s coming?
This year’s programme features over 90 sessions and more than 200 speakers from 30+ countries. You’ll find four main stages, three forums, the Academy, the Cruise Workshops, and a new Meetup Area. Topics range from digital transformation to inclusive leadership, procurement reform, and creative finance. All sessions, speaker details, and times are listed in our online programme calendar – the best place to plan your day in detail.
👣 Can I attend all programme sessions?
Yes, but some seating is limited. Your ticket grants access to all public programme sessions, including our stages, forums, and networking areas. Please wear your badge and wristband at all times. Forum and Academy workshops have limited space – arrive early to secure your spot. Cruise Workshops are even more exclusive: only Golden Ticket holders – drawn during the Opening session – may take part.
🤝 Code of Conduct
We want the Creative Bureaucracy Festival to be a welcoming, inclusive, and accessible space for all. Our Code of Conduct and Accessibility Guidelines apply to everyone participating – onsite or online. If you experience or witness any issues, please speak to our team onsite or contact us directly. Let’s look out for each other!
🗞️ What’s new this year?
We’ve added even more opportunities for connection and play: explore our new Meetup Area, try something unexpected in the Games & Creativity Zone, and check out expanded partner stands across the venue. There’ll be food trucks, photo booths, and plenty of outdoor space to unwind and spark spontaneous conversations.
