Rojda is rethinking law and shaping the future of the justice system. The vision of an inclusive society and an administration giving citizens access to their rights determines her career as a lawyer. She is currently working on the project “Re-designing ministerial law making” by Work4Germany. As a Legal Designer at This is Legal Design, an innovation consultancy, she creates user-centered and sustainable solutions in the legal field. Before that, she supported the director of the Federal Ministry of the Interior’s program “Cohesion through Participation” at the Federal Agency for Civic Education.
Rojda co-founded “Young Voice TGD”, an NGO with over 2,000 participants supporting young migrants by facilitating access to justice and social peace since she is an advocate of diversity and inclusion. Most recently, she presented the Anti-Racism Agenda 2025 to the Federal Government as a member of the Representative Council of the Federal Conference of Migrant Organizations.
