Inna Chilik is a systems innovator, weaver and cross-organizational collaboration facilitator with expertise in strategic management consulting, sustainability and leadership development. She currently leads Collective Sensemaking activities at EIT Climate-KIC, Europe’s leading climate innovation agency and community, supporting cities, regions, countries and industries to meet their climate ambitions through systems innovation and place-based transformations. In practice, this work involves constantly experimenting with a range of participatory methods to design and facilitate systems innovation learning experiences for public and private stakeholders, supporting them to learn from action on the ground, grow leadership capacities, build ecosystems of collaboration, and catalyse beautiful, just, climate-resilient futures.
Born in Moldova with a strong connection to nature and a background in finance and business, Inna has lived in Bulgaria, the UK, Mexico, Sweden and now Germany. These experiences have enabled her to develop a transcultural perspective that has guided her journey to building bridges where she finds walls. It has empowered her to continue walking unknown paths, blending polarities, and catalysing transformation on both individual and collective levels.
